The Dumb Geeks wrap up Keanuary on a high note with a review of Replicas, an absolutely insane sci-fi thriller with Keanu Reeves. We also discuss our favorite dangerous things to microwave, Tip makes a plea for people to read The God Emperor of Dune, and Dusty shares a story about a man who was very proud of his favorite movie (Pearl Harbor).
Adam Snyder joins the geeks this week to light another candle on the Keanulabra and discuss 47 Ronin, the Keanu Reeves fantasy epic. But first we listen to a new geekhead voicemail, Dusty surprises us with a coffee tasting competition at 10 p.m., Maximilian returns with a new minisode edition of The One Percent, and partway through the movie review we get distracted and talk about the Witcher for ten minutes.
Actor Joey Copsey joins the Dumb Geeks to celebrate another week of Keanuary! We give our pained reactions to Chain Reaction, listen to voicemails from the Geekheads, do some corrections, and discuss the important issue of rotating restaurant decapitations.
009: Shannon joins the geeks to celebrate the first week of Keanuary, light a candle, and discuss the Keanu Reeves cyberpunk adventure — Johnny Mnemonic.

Chris brings us “space facts” which results in XKCD being banned from the podcast, there’s a sneak preview of our narrative podcast Sharkman, Dusty regales us with tales of raising a tiny baby boomer, and we dig into Bones like the very Bones herself. Tip tries to marry our one French listener, it’s revealed that Dusty is a serial killer, we break AI Dungeon by throwing dice on a roulette table, and Shannon leads us on the most intense and coherent AI adventure yet: you won’t believe what happens to Simon Cowell!

005: The geeks are joined once again by Andrew Kepple and Virtual Dusty. We enter the AI Dungeon for the first time and smile while we pull our dead wife out of a mirror, talk about the live action Lady and the Tramp, and discuss the logistics of cooking one really long noodle without breaking it.
004: We’re joined this week by Andrew Kepple (TmsT), a professional animator and fixture of the internet animation scene, to highlight the low points of Guardian of the Highlands( Amazon link | Tubi Link). This Scottish animation served as Sean Connery’s final film, and it nearly convinced us to quit film too. Dusty ditches us so we build a robot to replace him, Chris demands to know which animated animal we would choose to have sex with, and we discuss the vicarious thrills and horrors of Russian bear hockey leagues.
003: This week the geeks issue a few important corrections, talk about games based on cutting edge artificial intelligence research, Chris fails to make a fertilizer bomb, Dusty succeeds at creating a riddle-based treasure hunt for BBW pornography, and Tip gets his friend put in therapy.
